Coaching & Listening

A space to slow down, talk things through, and make sense of what's going on.

What this is

A one-to-one conversation, usually an hour. We take something real—a decision, a tension, a stuck feeling—and explore it together without rushing to fix it.

My role is to listen, notice patterns, and ask questions that help you see things more clearly. Sometimes that leads to a next step. Sometimes it's just useful to have thought out loud.

This isn't therapy, and I won't tell you what to do.

People come for all sorts of reasons

Some people come because they're stuck on a decision and want to think it through out loud. Others are navigating a transition—work, relationships, parenthood—and need space to process. Sometimes it's a creative block, or a conversation they're avoiding, or just a vague sense that something needs attention.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about. Most people don't when they start.

Practicalities

No. I'm not a licensed therapist. If clinical support seems more appropriate, I'll say so.

Yes. What you share stays between us.

These conversations aren't designed for crisis support. If you're in acute distress, I'll help you find more appropriate resources.

The introductory conversation is free. After that, we'll discuss what makes sense—I'm keeping rates low while I'm building this practice.

If you want a clinical diagnosis, treatment for a mental health condition, or someone to give you answers, other forms of support will serve you better.
